Description We are on the hunt for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our retail food store team in Winston Salem, North Carolina. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will have a central role in managing customer accounts, handling billing and cash applications, and ensuring accurate customer records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain customer credit records with precision • Handle billing processes and cash applications efficiently • Reconcile account discrepancies and rectify any errors • Monitor customer accounts and perform appropriate actions when necessary • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and speed • Leverage software tools such as Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks • Handle accounts receivable tasks and ensure timely collections • Manage commercial collections effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation. • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. • Demonstrable skills in Billing procedures. • Expertise in Cash Applications. • Strong background in Cash Collections. • Experience with Commercial Collections. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Working knowledge of Oracle. • Experience with QuickBooks. • Familiarity with SAP.
