Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Receivable Clerk position . In this role, you will be tasked with various responsibilities related to customer credit applications, account monitoring, and payment processing in the industry. Responsibilities • Manage and process customer credit card and check payments • Set up systems with new owner information and prepare new owner packages • Maintain and update various reports using Microsoft Excel and Word • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications and maintain precise customer credit records • Oversee daily online payment processes • Handle daily lockbox reconciliation for all cash received and complete monthly roster reconciliation • Facilitate check deposits and perform various payment adjustments • Carry out general office duties as needed and ensure the smooth operation of the call center and billing functions • Assess fees according to resort-managed property request Requirements • Entry-level position, no previous experience required. • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is essential. • Experience in Check Deposit procedures is beneficial. • Knowledge of Lock Box operations is advantageous. • Proficiency in Payment Processing is desirable.
