Description Our esteemed client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role will be integral in ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure financial stability and transparency. Responsibilities: + Posting customer payments by recording checks, transactions, and bank deposits. + Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries. + Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. + Assisting in general financial management and analysis. Requirements + High School Diploma required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus. + Knowledge of accounts receivable and general bookkeeping procedures. + Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant accounting software. + Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
