Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Gainesville, Georgia, United States. This role is crucial to the financial stability of our operations, with responsibilities including payment processing, account management, and client communication. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle transactions involving credit cards, including refunds and reversals, while adhering to company policies • Establish and maintain customer payment profiles • Address customer inquiries regarding billing, disputes, or other concerns in a detail oriented manner • Generate and distribute reports detailing accounts receivable aging and collections activity • Reconcile accounts receivable records, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly • Follow up on accounts with outstanding balances to ensure timely collection • Assist in month-end closing activities by reconciling AR accounts and providing necessary documentation • Process payments through checks, ACH, credit cards, and other methods • Accurately post payments to customer accounts within the accounting system • Prepare and distribute reminders, statements, and collection notices for overdue accounts. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes • Experience in Billing and Cash Applications • Proven ability in Cash Collections • Experience with Commercial Collections • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
