Description We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to be a part of our team in the dental industry in HONOLULU, Hawaii. The role is centered around managing customer applications, keeping precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. Moreover, the position involves the careful monitoring of customer accounts and executing appropriate actions. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Keep precise records of customer credit information • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required • Perform Account Reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of records • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues • Execute Billing duties, including issuing and sending out bills, invoices, and account statements • Handle Cash Applications, applying payments to appropriate accounts and maintaining cash receipts • Perform Collection calls, communicating with customers to resolve payment discrepancies • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting • Perform Data Entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer account information in our database. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation. • Strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR). • Proficiency in Billing procedures and practices. • Demonstrated experience in Cash Applications. • Experience in Cash Collections is a must. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial management and reporting. • Excellent Data Entry skills for maintaining accurate financial records.
