Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the industry, located in SCHAUMBURG, Illinois, 60173-2406, United States. This role involves the diligent handling of account reconciliation and accounts receivable tasks, along with billing and cash applications. Responsibilities: • Efficiently processing and managing customer credit applications. • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of customer credit. • Coordinating with customers to resolve any queries or issues. • Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary. • Handling cash collections and ensuring smooth financial operations. • Engaging in commercial collections with a keen eye for detail. • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. • Operating Oracle and QuickBooks systems for streamlined financial procedures. • Implementing SAP for effective business process management.
