Description We are seeking an Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk for a long term contract role. The role primarily involves invoicing, cash applications, business to business collections as well as managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate credit records, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Manage customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Keep accurate records of customer credit. • Address any customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. • Perform invoicing, cash applications, and collections. • Conduct credit checks and reference calls as needed. • Use Microsoft Excel and multiple ERP systems • Ensure comfortability working within multiple systems. • Be open to manual processes and learning new systems. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Demonstrable skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in Billing processes and procedures • Knowledge of Cash Applications • Proven ability in Cash Collections • Experience in Commercial Collections • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
