Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Detroit, Michigan. The job function revolves around the real estate industry where you will be mainly responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable for our tenants and providing administrative support to our property manager. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage tenant accounts receivable and ensure they are up-to-date • Accurately post tenant cash receipts • Execute accounts payable entries with precision • Offer administrative support to the property manager as needed • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and similar systems for various accounting tasks • Apply your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, and Commercial Collections • Familiarize and work with MRI Accounting or similar real estate type accounting systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Billing procedures is essential • Expertise in Cash Applications is necessary • Experience in Cash Collections is a must • Knowledge of Commercial Collections is required • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected • Experience with Oracle software is desirable • Familiarity with QuickBooks software is a plus • Knowledge of SAP software is beneficial Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
