Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in North Augusta, South Carolina. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our company by processing customer payments, keeping precise records, and addressing any customer-related inquiries. Your role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary steps when required. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Generate invoices for customers in a timely manner • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and take necessary actions • Assist in the month-end close process by reconciling accounts • Use software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks • Apply cash collections and commercial collections procedures to maintain financial stability • Resolve any customer inquiries related to their accounts and payments. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Familiarity with Billing processes and procedures is essential • Practical knowledge of Cash Applications is required • Experience in Cash Collections is highly desirable • Commercial Collections skills are a must • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Familiarity with Oracle software is highly desirable • Experience with QuickBooks software is a plus • Proficiency in SAP software is essential Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
