Description Our client in Camp Pendleton area is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to support their accounting department. The AR Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: + Generate invoices, process incoming payments, and reconcile customer accounts. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR transactions. + Review aging reports and follow up with clients on overdue payments. + Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account discrepancies. + Assist in month-end close processes, including AR journal entries and reporting. + Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or payment issues. Requirements + 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Strong communication skills and attention to detail. + High school diploma required; an associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
