Description Join a respected professional services company as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities: + Record daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in customer payment applications. + Follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring payments are received on time. + Assist with preparing routine statements and invoices for customers. + Conduct daily reconciliation of AR accounts, tracking and resolving discrepancies efficiently. + Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, data entry, and reporting. Requirements + Previous experience in accounts payable or receivable is a plus, but entry-level candidates with numerical aptitude are encouraged to apply. + Proficiency in accounting systems and basic Excel knowledge. + Strong organization and communication skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines. + High school diploma or GED required; additional financial coursework or certifications preferred.
