Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for various duties, including the accurate and efficient processing of cash receipts and payments, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Accurately enter cash receipts and post payments • Conduct account reconciliations on a regular basis • Execute month end journal entries • Conduct calculations for revenue projections • Handle a portion of accounts payable tasks as needed • Maintain and update customer credit records • Utilize Microsoft Excel for pivot tables and vlookups • Operate QuickBooks for financial management • Acquire familiarity with MIP Fund Accounting and EPIC patient system. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is paramount, applicants must be able to demonstrate this skill effectively. • Applicants must have considerable experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), as it forms a significant part of the role. • Experience in Billing is required, as the role involves managing and processing invoices. • The ability to handle Cash Applications is essential, as this role involves managing payments and transactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed for data management, analysis, and reporting. • Applicants should have experience in using QuickBooks for financial management and bookkeeping.
