Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Food & Food Processing industry in MASSILLON, Ohio, United States. This hybrid role will combine both in-house and work-from-home responsibilities, providing a flexible work environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee cash applications and ensure they are processed accurately. • Handle B2B collections and maintain the integrity of accounts. • Manage accounts receivable and keep them up-to-date. • Perform account reconciliation duties to ensure financial accuracy. • Undertake commercial collections and follow-up on pending payments. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. • Post payments received from customers in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role within the Food & Food Processing industry. • Proficiency in account reconciliation is mandatory. • Proven experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures. • Demonstrated competence in cash applications. • Previous experience in cash collections is required. • Knowledge of commercial collections is a must. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting. • Experience in B2B collections within the food industry is highly desirable.
