Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is pivotal within our accounting department, where you will interact with our financial services software, CRM, and ERP systems. Responsibilities: • Accurately process cash applications and maintain customer credit records. • Handle cash activity and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. • Perform B2B collections and resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner. • Use the accounting software systems to keep track of accounts receivable. • Manage billing functions and ensure all invoices are sent out accurately and on time. • Interact with ADP - Financial Services and Epic Software for various accounting functions. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Utilize your skills in accounts receivables systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
