We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be a crucial part of our team. The role involves managing collections, preparing month-end statements, and processing credit card payments. The position requires high data entry accuracy and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Handle collections tasks diligently and professionally • Prepare and issue month-end statements in a timely manner • Process credit card payments ensuring all transactions are accurate • Maintain precise customer credit records for future reference • Monitor customer credit accounts and initiate action for delinquent payments • Uphold the highest level of data entry accuracy in all tasks • Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and efficiently • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in accounts receivable or similar role. • Proficiency in commercial collection activities. • Demonstrable experience in data entry tasks. • Understanding of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to accounts receivable. • Ability to use software systems related to billing and invoicing. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address and resolve payment issues. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
