ResourceMFG is assisting a local client in their search for a Skilled Accounts Receivable in the Cumming, GA area! This is a temporary contract position with the potential for future long-term opportunities.

 

Shift Details:

8am-5pm M-F 10 week contract position with potential for long-term based on client’s extended needs

Pay: $25-$30 based on experience (must have previous related experience)

Job Duties Include:

The Accounts Receivable Analyst position is responsible for calling clients to collect on past-due invoices from clients.

Job Duties:

Review open accounts for collection efforts Call customers to collect on outstanding past due invoices Meet and exceed established individual performance metrics and objectives Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while building strong relationships and creating clients for life in order to collect on outstanding past due invoices Resolve client-billing problems and rescue accounts receivable delinquencies, applying strong client relations in a timely manner Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. This position is more than just calling, you will be trying to identify what is the root cause of why the client cannot make their payment.
