Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with accounting software. Key Responsibilities: + Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner. + Monitor customer accounts for past-due balances and follow up on outstanding payments. + Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledger. + Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies and resolve disputes. + Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and collections activities. + Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review. + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing or payment issues. + Assist with month-end closing processes and audits. + Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Requirements Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports. Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices is a plus.
