Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Memphis. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers an exciting opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Regularly reconcile account balances, including checks, wires, and credit memos • Utilize Oracle Fusion to manage customer accounts and billing information • Maintain accurate customer records and files • Make outbound calls to customers as needed • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure invoice accuracy • Use Microsoft Excel to manage and filter data • Set up billing emails and addresses in Oracle • Handle unapplied cash and perform necessary reconciliations • Use strong system skills to keep records organized and updated • Leverage skills in QuickBooks and SAP for account management. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential • Experience in Billing processes is crucial • Skills in Cash Applications are needed • Familiarity with Cash Collections is important • Ability to handle Commercial Collections is necessary • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Knowledge of Oracle software is advantageous • Experience with QuickBooks software is preferred • Familiarity with SAP software is beneficial Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
