Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our location in STANFIELD, Arizona. In this role, you will be handling various responsibilities related to accounts receivable in a dynamic industry. Responsibilities • Handling cash applications with precision • Utilizing Peachtree Accounting Software for various accounting tasks • Conducting Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records • Managing collections to maintain positive cash flow • Using Excel to maintain and analyze financial data. Requirements • Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures • Experience in Collections, preferably within a finance or accounting department • Ability to accurately process numerical data and perform financial calculations • High level of precision in preparing and entering financial information • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial reporting and analysis • A minimum of a high school diploma, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred • Willingness to continue learning and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
