Description Job Description: Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a non-profit organization specializing in family services. This position offers the opportunity for temporary placement with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and organizational need. Key Responsibilities: + Process accounts receivable transactions including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliations. + Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and funding agencies. + Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection and follow-up on overdue payments. + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries. + Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. + Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Requirements Qualifications: + Previous experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles preferred. + Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
