As the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will: + Record and track customer payments and apply payments to applicable invoices. + Monitor customer accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve billing issues to maintain strong client relationships. + Perform account reconciliations. + Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to resolve payment issues. + Assist in managing month-end and year-end accounts receivable processes. + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall financial workflows. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment processing, and credit control. • Knowledge of Cash Applications, including payment allocation to customer accounts. • Proven track record in Cash Collections, with the ability to recover outstanding payments swiftly and professionally. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis. • Experience in handling Deposits, including recording, tracking, and reconciliation. • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
