Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Albany, Oregon. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the accounts receivable function. This role plays a significant part in our team, being the sole individual dedicated to Accounts Receivable functions and tasks. Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively • Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity • Manage billing processes and ensure timely completion • Handle cash applications and cash collections efficiently • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and reporting purposes. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, with a strong ability to identify discrepancies and resolve financial inconsistencies. • Solid understanding and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. • Demonstrable skills in Billing, with the ability to prepare, send, and track invoices accurately. • Experience in Cash Applications, with the expertise to apply cash received to the appropriate customer accounts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced functions for financial analysis and reporting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
