Responsibilities: 

Daily cash and check depositDaily credit card batch postingPosting of incoming lender/bank fundsGenerate monthly customer billing statementsGenerate invoices upon customer requestsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAble to communicate in a professional manner via email and over the phone with co-workers and customersBasic office skills such as filing, printing and scanningDealership experience preferred, not requiredAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBe punctual and ready to work each day
