As an Accounts Receivable Collection Supervisor, you will:
Have direct responsibility for the oversight and collections of a $50M+ accounts receivable portfolio Directly manage performance and collection outcomes of Domestic Accounts Receivable Collections personnel Indirectly manage/lead international collections support team under the Global Operations Center (GOC) Achieve business/team targets while supporting business unit with oversight of comprehensive set of collection practices/procedures Execute successful escalation processes and meeting events with relevant field management, legal counsel and internal stakeholders tied to both large receivable invoices and critical past due and disputed accounts Analyze and react to portfolio trends, customer tendencies and business requirements Manage and develop collection toolsets and core receivable software systemsYou will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field 3+ years of experience managing collections and accounts receivable teams 1+ years of experience leading account escalation practices and facilitating meetings for resolution of outstanding collections Experience working with tiered collection practices within the construction industry Experience working with advanced electronic collection systems Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing business management systems to support collections and accounts receivable such as but not limited to Oracle, SAS, NetSuite, SAP or similar software based on applicable work experienceYou’ll benefit from:
