Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Description Our Houston client in the manufacturing industry is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing customer credit applications, maintaining credit records, credit limit analysis, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Ensure all customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Apply cash applications as required • Utilize software programs like Microsoft Excel and SAP for various accounts receivable related tasks Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in credit coordination, accounts receivable, cash applications or related role + Proficiency with SAP and Excel + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
