Accounts Receivable HR Assistant Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)$17 to $22 DOE 

A/R:

Recording paymentsSending invoice copiesDaily & Weekly depositsA/R account reconciliationsCustomer database managementMonthly Statements

HR:

Insurance, 401k, Section 125 POP, and ERISA notice managementNew hire onboarding & terminationsWorker’s Comp audits

Payroll:

Submitting hours, deductions, garnishments, etc. to Paychex and verifying accuracy of payrollManagement of all payroll recordsManagement of payroll tax return records

Accounts Receivable HR Assistant Qualifications:

Previous experience using various software programs requiredExperience with pivot tables At least 1 year experience in A/R, HR, and Payroll Must be proficient in QuickBooks Ability to handle multiple accountsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
