The success Manatt's, Inc., enjoys today in the construction industry started 75 years ago. Back then, it was one man, one truck, and now our team of employees numbers more than 750 strong. We have dozens of ready-mix and asphalt production facilities around the state of Iowa. Our massive fleet of dump and ready-mix trucks serves thousands of job sites every year. In addition, our concrete and asphalt paving divisions, along with our various other crews, complete hundreds of projects every season.

We have an immediate opening in our Brooklyn Office for an Accounts Receivable Leader - Trucking to complete a broad variety of accounting tasks.  This is a fulltime position.

Responsibilities:

Relates effectively and work respectfully with diverse work groups.

Process credit cards as needed.

Enter tickets in MS Ticket Entry.

Upload hired hauler payment to A/P ensuring the broker is up to date on his paperwork before payment and attach proof of payment amount.

Set up job / customer quotes as they come in or as requested.

Equipment Revenue - Intra Co and Customers - Intra in EM usage - customers in MS Ticket Entry.

Match tickets to A/P invoices & reconcile using MS Ticket MATL ONLY report; contact vendors as needed regarding problem invoices.  Scan tickets into Canon file.

Balance vendor statements to the A/P Vendor Drill Down list.

PIG Revenue - Run report for each portable/ material and entering the usage in EM Usage.

Balance accounts 10912 and 10915 (material inventory).

Setup product numbers in HQ as needed.

Setup new inventory locations as needed.

Export from XBE software to Vista.

Other duties as assigned
