Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role is in the manufacturing industry where you will be responsible for supervising a small team and managing accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities: • Oversee a team of 1-2 Accounts Receivable Specialists. • Maintain strong communication within the team and with other departments. • Manage accounts receivable, cash receipts, and posting payments. • Handle invoice generation, determinations of payment terms, and credit policies. • Execute collections activities and manage aging reports. • Perform regular reporting and reconciliations. • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Dynamics. • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Keep accurate records of customer credit. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
