Description We are seeking a proficient Accounts Receivable Manager. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various accounting functions, particularly in regard to Accounts Receivable (AR). You will also be expected to interact effectively with our customers and demonstrate a strong commitment to getting the job done efficiently. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee accounts receivable operations • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient data management and reporting • Engage in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to optimize business processes • Handle cash activities and cash handling procedures responsibly • Research and issue credit memos as needed • Speak with customers to understand their specific needs and concerns • Ensure accurate billing functions are carried out • Maintain a solution-oriented approach to all tasks, demonstrating a "get the job done" mentality. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the role of Accounts Receivable Manager or similar • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is required • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is essential • Thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is necessary • Must be adept at performing Billing Functions • Demonstrable experience in managing Cash Activity is required • Proficiency in Cash Handling is essential • Must have experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations Pay Range: $40 - $55/hour Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
