Description We are seeking a proficient Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be working on accounts receivable tasks, including managing unapplied cash and credits, and coordinating with the team to apply these to customer invoices. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable operations • Co-lead in handling unapplied cash and credits with the team • Collaborate with a team of AR clerks to investigate customer credits and cash • Apply appropriate credits and cash to customer invoices • Ensure accurate records of customer credit applications • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly • Use accounting software systems to streamline AR processes • Perform billing functions and handle cash activity • Carry out collections tasks as needed.
