Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking an Account Receivable Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will oversee the accounts receivable team, ensuring proper revenue recognition, timely collections, and accurate reporting. This role is critical in managing cash flow, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. We are looking for candidates with the ability to participate in spirited trade off discussions, who find excitement in ambiguity, and who have a passion for mentoring, developing, and motivating talented staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a remote, multi-disciplinary team are crucial for success in this role. This position will report to the Director of Accounting and will have direct reports.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage the accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
+ Oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, including revenue recognition, collections, and reconciliation.
+ Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process.
+ Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take appropriate action to ensure timely collections.
+ Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions and ensure proper documentation.
+ Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and collection issues.
+ Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance metrics to senior management including monthly collections forecast.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the internal control environment.
+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience preferred
+ Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable/collections experience required with increasing responsibility
+ People management experience required
+ **Operate in a way that never compromises ethics and integrity**
+ Experience with ERP, reconciliation, and consolidation software preferred
+ Proficiency in Excel is a must

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 65,800.00 - 122,200.00
