What You Will Do:
The Guidehouse Senior Consultant will monitor, report, and provide improvement recommendations on the Military Health System (MHS) accounts receivable program down to individual Service/Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). Specific tasks include tracking accounts receivable performance indicators, managing programs and projects across multi-functional teams, and advising on ways to align Military Treatment Facilities performance against established UBO program goals. The consultant will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of existing policies and business application architecture, including integrations and data structures, while coordinating with client personnel and systems to identify performance trends and regularly present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Specialized experience in a federal fiscal management function, such as an accountant, financial auditor/analyst, billing analystDemonstrated experience working in the DoD, DHA, or Military Health System (MHS) and their respective internal systems, processes, and procedures.Experience leading change management initiatives with large, geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.Experience with DoD Audit Readiness in addressing Notice of Findings (NFRs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)CPA/MBA a plusRHIT, RHIA, CCS a plusHealth Information Management or Medical Billing and Coding Manager experience is a plus.The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
