Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role supports the day-to-day operational activities of an accounts receivable department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and distributing invoices to customers working within our accounting systems. You will record, verify, and post payments received by the organization and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with internal accounting policies. Additionally, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and assisting with the research of any discrepancies regarding bills, and maintaining and reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payments. Responsibilities Verify and post payments to the appropriate customer accounts in the accounting system. Create and send invoices to customers accurately and on time. Ensure invoices are generated in compliance with customer agreements and internal policies. Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances, promptly and professionally. Assist customers in resolving any billing discrepancies or payment issues. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's degree is preferred).
