Position Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our receivables processes. Your expertise will ensure timely and accurate billing, effective collections, and exceptional client service. You will report directly to the Harmonia Controller and you will work closely with a great finance team and project managers to support our financial operations and contribute to our overall success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules.  Review and verify billing data, ensuring compliance with government regulations and contract requirements.  Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and initiate collection efforts for overdue accounts.  Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, address payment issues, and negotiate payment arrangements as needed.  Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.  Work closely with project managers and other departments to gather information and resolve billing issues.  Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships. 

Qualifications: 

4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, in a government contracting environment.  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, government contracting regulations, and billing procedures. (to include GAAP, FAR, and CAS understanding)  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).  Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
