Accounts Receivable Specialist
+ Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a AR associate for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30Pay $25-$31 (based on experience) + Handle day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. + Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. + Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances + Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with contract terms, pricing agreements, and agency policies + Apply receipts to open invoices in the ERP system + Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and initiate collection efforts as necessary + Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports + Continuing to improve the payment processQualifications:2 years of AP/AR experience/Associates DegreePrevious experience with Net Suite is preferred but open to othersThorough knowledge of applicable accounts receivable/general ledger systems and proceduresApply below to speak with a recruiter today! **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $31.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
