Accounts Receivable Specialist
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Addison, Texas. The role involves managing a portfolio of customer accounts within the finance industry, ensuring compliance with payment plans, and effectively addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring compliance with payment plans and maintaining accurate records. • Contact customers through various communication channels to discuss account and payment status. • Document collection efforts in SAP in a consistent format. • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and professionally address their needs. • Release orders based on proper review of account status. • Communicate account status with relevant team members and customers. • Prioritize daily workload to effectively manage key accounts. • Assess and resolve customer disputes and discrepancies affecting payments, including pricing, sales tax, and other purchase order discrepancies. • Support cash application by providing coding for proper alignment. • Participate in other projects and duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with CRM systems • Knowledge of Epic Software • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Ability to perform Accounting Functions • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Skilled in Billing Functions • Experience with Cash Activity and Check Processing • Proficiency in SAP • Experience in B2B collections • Familiarity with Collection Processes • Experience in Collections • Knowledge of Collections - Commercial Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
