Description Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, reconciling accounts, posting payments, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and experienced in working with large volumes of data and Excel. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices + Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies + Process incoming payments and post them to the appropriate accounts + Generate AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and resolve issues + Respond to customer inquiries and provide support on billing-related matters Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field + Experience with high-volume invoicing + Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUP + Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
