Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Nashville, Tennessee. The role is within the industry sector and involves handling and managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining records. Responsibilities: • Efficiently processing customer credit applications using accounting software systems. • Utilizing ADP - Financial Services to maintain accurate customer credit records. • Utilizing CRM for customer relationship management. • Leveraging Epic Software to manage customer inquiries and accounts. • Employing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management. • Undertaking accounting functions to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. • Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all customer payments are up to date. • Overseeing billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Managing cash activity and handling cash in a secure and responsible manner. • Utilizing QuickBooks for financial reporting and analysis.
