Job Title: Accounting Services Analyst/Accounts Receivable
Job Description
As an Accounting Services Analyst, you will manage and reconcile negative accounts receivable (AR) and related functions. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing customer and vendor accounts, processing and verifying invoices, and resolving discrepancies. You will maintain accurate aging reports, prepare journal entries, and create documentation for transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments, facilitate positive relationships with vendors and customers, and support financial managers. You will also assist with Trade Systems and other system implementations.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). There is high potential to be taken on permanently.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Parsippany, New Jersey and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid. You will be in the office on Tuesday and Thursday.
