Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Shift: 1st Shift 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday plus overtime

Pay Rate: $20 – $22

Job Description:

Will be working in system that controls invoices and billing to customers. Pursue clients regarding payments/collections etc. Consistent follow up with clients on invoice statuses. Follow established procedures for processing cash applications including, checks, credit cards, wires and ACH/EFT Enter cash application corrections such as adjustments and credit offsets Research and process valid customer refunds Communicate with stations regarding payment discrepancies 8. Maintain and distribute cash receipt reporting activities according to specific deadlines Investigate and resolve client queries Provide receipt/payment support to stations Reconcile unapplied cash Communicate with clients via phone, email, mail or personally

Requirements:

Strong willed and able to pursuit clients regarding payments/collections etc. Maintain high level of professionalism, as when communicating over the phone and through emails with clients.
