Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know Job duties: Mail - they will be responsible for getting the mail daily, sorting and distributing throughout the different departments There will be some AR trending based on mail received Tracking credentialing, contracting and payor requests in excel Sorting, endorsing and logging checks received Manage correspondence from remote staff, sending appeals, claims and statements Payor Enrollments, ACH enrollment, EFT enrollment Cash deposits to our bank 1-2x weekly Some cash posting Payor phone calls, tracking down paper checks and requests for check reissues System/Website administration User names, password resets Misc AR projects as needed by RCM team Qualifications Be the Best Accounts Receivable Specialist You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
