Accounts Receivable Specialist

Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to our exceptional team.  You will be responsible for executing directives assigned by the Controller including Accounts Receivables, Invoice Generation, Bank Deposits, Payroll, Procurement Assistance and Verifying Information is Correct Between Purchases and Charges. Successful incumbents in this role will have a passion for numbers and interest in working in a collaborative and team environment. Responsibilities: + Protect the organization’s value by keeping financial and other information confidential + Perform data entry including: + Scanning & entering customer payments + Create deposits and bring to bank + Ensuring all bills are entered into online filing system + Reconciling as needed + Perform tasks in ConnectWise including: + Verifying correct information between purchases and charges + Invoicing clients + Working with our Service & Procurement Teams regarding various financial tasks + Assist in Payroll Management + Timesheet review + Initiate collections efforts by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts + Perform work related tasks as requested such as opening mail, filing, going to the post office and bank + Other duties as assigned Requirements + Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience + Experience with Sage Intacct a plus. + Experience with ConnectWise a strong plus. + Proven record of maintaining confidentiality + Knowledge of the basic capabilities and functions of word processing and applications software + Willingness to problem solve and ask for assistance and clarification when needed + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational habits including attention to following processes with detail and accuracy + Ability to work with a variety of people, both internal and external Be a part of CT's finest and best places to work!
