AR Specialist:

Location: Greater SE Portland, Oregon

Pay: Up to $25/hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What You Need:

2-5 years AR experience requiredKnowledge of Billing and Collections processesFamiliarity with credit card and ACH payment systems

Job Description

Maintain all aspects of customer accounts receivable with accuracy and in a timely manner.Work with customers to answer questions and explain billing details of their account.Assist in setting up new receivables account system in industry proprietary software (Alarm7)Recurring billingSet up new clientsUpdate existing client informationMaintain credit card, ACH, and electronic payment systemsCall on past due accounts, declined credit cards, etc.Reporting all installs and permitting as requiredTracking and documentation of technician paperworkTracking of aging reportsGeneral customer service and filing job duties
