Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Somerset, New Jersey, within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be integral in managing various accounting functions, maintaining customer credit records, and handling cash activity. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Employ Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage and maintain accurate customer credit records • Utilize ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software in performing accounting functions and managing accounts receivable • Handle cash activity and manage billing functions effectively • Provide timely response and resolution to customer inquiries concerning their accounts • Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate actions as needed • Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling practices • Implement Great Plains (GPAC) in managing accounts receivable and other related functions.
