Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Manufacturing industry, located in Hudson, Ohio, United States. The role will involve comprehensive management of customer credit applications and records, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Manage customer portals and ensure efficient and accurate credit application processing. • Upload and distribute invoices in a timely and organized manner. • Conduct regular follow-ups and send payment reminders to customers. • Apply cash activity and maintain accurate records of all transactions. • Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records. • Manage credit escheatment processes. • Utilize accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for managing accounts receivable. • Perform data entry tasks and maintain updated records. • Handle billing functions and ensure adherence to accounting functions. • Use Coupa and other tools for efficient account management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential • Demonstrated proficiency in various Accounting Functions • Extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures • Experience with Billing Functions is necessary • Ability to handle Cash Activity efficiently • Proficiency in Cash Applications is required • Experience in Account Reconciliation is a must • Knowledge of Escheatment procedures is desirable • Familiarity with Coupa software is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
