Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be accountable for the efficient and precise processing of customer credit applications, the maintenance of accurate customer credit records, and the handling of customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly • Monitor customer accounts regularly and initiate necessary actions • Use Accounting Software Systems to streamline processes • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Functions effectively • Keep track of Cash Activity and manage Cash Collections • Utilize Collections strategies to improve cash flow and minimize bad debts. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Familiarity with billing functions is expected. • Ability to accurately manage cash activity is needed. • Proven experience in cash collections is essential. • Experience in collections, particularly in a manufacturing setting, is desirable.
