Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Plano, Texas. The chosen candidate will join our team and play a crucial role in our financial operations. The position involves handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, and responding to customer inquiries. It also includes monitoring client accounts and taking necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records accurately • Assist with billing operations • Handle cash activities and ensure accurate record keeping • Use of Accounting Software Systems and ERP for daily tasks • Utilize CRM and Epic Software in maintaining customer records and handling inquiries • Perform basic data entry tasks and apply simple Excel formulas • Assist with some Accounts Payable (A/P) functions • Ensure proper cash handling and management • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools • Expertise in using Epic Software • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proficiency in executing Billing Functions • Experience in handling Cash Activity • Skills in Cash Handling Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
