Description We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Specialist for our client. The primary focus of this role will be to handle the billing and collections procedures for our company. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: + Maintain and update invoicing procedures. + Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying and recording accounts receivables' data. + Send billing reminders for payments and contact customers about invoices that are past due. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Collections certification is a plus. + Proven experience as an AR Specialist. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. + Strong communication, management, and customer service skills.
