Description Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Position Type: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Environment: 100% On-site Key Responsibilities: + Invoice Management: Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. + Collections: Proactively contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection of payments. + Payment Processing: Accurately record and apply customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. + Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. + Credit Memos: Process credit memos as required, ensuring proper documentation and authorization. + Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly accounts receivable reports for management review. + Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively addressing and resolving payment issues. + Software Utilization: Utilize NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to perform daily tasks efficiently. Requirements + Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounts receivable and collections experience. + Software Proficiency: Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. + Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. + Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and discrepancies and resolve them effectively. + Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting coursework or certification is a plus.
