Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the transport industry, based in Torrance, California. As part of our team, you'll perform a variety of tasks related to accounting and financial services, using specialized software systems to manage customer accounts and ensure their accurate maintenance. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary • Handle billing functions, ensuring all are processed correctly • Engage with CRM to resolve customer inquiries • Use Epic Software to aid in managing accounts receivable tasks • Oversee cash handling and cash activity in accordance with established procedures • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various financial tasks • Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective management of resources • Perform other related accounting functions as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Familiarity with CRM is essential. • Competency in Epic Software is needed. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions is crucial. • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. • Experience in Billing Functions is necessary. • Capability to handle Cash Activity is important. • Experience in Cash Handling is a significant requirement.
